A Property Passport is Buildogram's digital property record that organizes all essential information about a property — construction history, material records, test certificates, legal documents, and maintenance history — in one accessible digital platform.

Explained Simply

The Property Passport is created at or after property handover and maintained over time as the property is maintained, repaired, or upgraded. It contains structural drawings, BOQ, lab test reports, material invoices, structural warranty, legal document references, maintenance logs, and property photos. It is shared with prospective buyers or tenants as part of a transparent property presentation. Think of it as a comprehensive service history book for a car — but for your property.
