Labour Licence & ESI/PF
Request applicable CLRA licence and ESI/PF registration details for independent review.
Minimum Project Experience
At least 3 completed projects of similar scope reviewed by our team. We contact past clients, inspect completed work where possible.
Site Safety Record
No major OSHA violations on record. Proper PPE (hard hats, harness, safety shoes) enforced on site. Scaffolding erected per IS 3696 standards.
Milestone Contract Practice
Willing to sign milestone-based payment contracts with an itemized BOQ. No lump-sum-only contractors listed — transparency is mandatory.

Primer, putty, emulsion and texture paint, with agreed surface-preparation and thickness inspection scope.

Conventional timber, modular steel and table-form options, with project-specific safety calculations.
