No. Government plan approval is a regulatory process conducted by local authorities (CMDA, DTCP, municipality). Buildogram's plan review is an advisory service that helps you understand and improve your plan before submission. They are complementary, not the same.

Before finalizing the plan with your architect and before submitting for government approval. Changes on paper cost nothing. Changes after approval or after construction starts can be very expensive.

Our review covers: space efficiency, structural feasibility, ventilation and natural light, cost impact of design choices, rental/resale suitability, parking design, and compliance with setback and FSI rules where applicable.

Our plan review is advisory — we identify issues and provide specific suggestions. We do not redesign the plan ourselves. Redesign should be done by your architect based on our feedback.

Yes. We can review a proposed plan or existing construction drawings for a property you intend to purchase, providing an engineering assessment of the design quality and structural approach.

We accept PDF, JPG, or CAD files. Even a clear photograph of a hand-drawn plan can be reviewed, though digital formats are preferred for accuracy.
