How do I access the client portal?+
You receive login credentials after signing your construction contract with Buildogram. Access via buildogram.in/client.
How frequently is the portal updated?+
Progress photos and milestone updates are uploaded after every significant construction activity. Typically weekly or after each construction stage.
Can family members access the portal?+
Yes. You can share portal access with family members or trusted advisors. Contact us to set up additional user access.
What reports are available in the portal?+
The portal contains: progress photo logs, milestone completion reports, concrete test records, material delivery logs, BOQ tracking, and project document vault.
Can I message the project team through the portal?+
Yes. The portal includes a communication channel to your assigned project engineer and the Buildogram project team.
